Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is the rental process?
    Answer. You can find the perfect merchandise, enjoy it, return it, and repeat the process time and time again. There are no hidden fees or membership fees. The rental fees include shipping and insurance charges. Items can be returned for free. For returns, place items in provided packaging that includes pre-paid shipping label. The package can be dropped off at a USPS drop box or a package pickup can be scheduled by 12 p.m. on your rental return date. In the event that you lose the return packaging, you will be responsible for returning the item at your own expense and providing ShopBollyWear with a tracking number by emailing shopbollywear@gmail.com
  2. What is the lead time for merchandise shipment after we receive your order?
    Answer. It may take two days to process your order after receiving it. You will receive it within six business days with our free standard shipping option once the item has shipped. We do not ship to international addresses, Army Post Office or PO boxes.
  3. Is insurance offered?
    Answer. Price of each rental covers damage insurance. Insurance does not cover theft or loss. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we notice multiple cases of excessive damage in your rentals.
  4. What do I do in case I receive damaged goods?
    Answer. If the product has been damaged during shipping or otherwise, you can reject the product. In such cases, please notify us immediately on the delivery date why you rejected the product with pictures showing the damage.  We will issue a partial or full refund or issue store credit or repair the product (if possible). You will not be held accountable for normal wear and tear on product. However, we do reserve the right to charge your credit card a replacement fee for items returned in damaged condition or those showing excessive wear and tear due to careless or reckless use.
  5. What about items returned late?
    Answer. A late fee of $75/day will be charged per day the item is late from its scheduled return date on top of the rental fee. If the item has not been returned for an extended period of time, we reserve the right to charge three times the retail price of the item. In those cases, you can end up owning the item without any guarantees or warranties on the item whatsoever.
  6. How does the billing process work in case of nonpayment?
    Answer.  We will forward your account to a collection agency if it is more than 30 days past due. In that case, you will be liable for agency recovery fees, cost of collection, reasonable attorney’s fees, and court costs.
