Buy Returns Policy:
Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Many of our Handloom products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
ShopBollyWear (SBW) will ONLY accept returns on Damaged Products.
If the product arrives damaged, please contact SBW at email@example.com immediately or at 954-272-8597. SBW will NOT accept calls or emails for returns after 24 hrs after shipment arrives to client.
SBW will ONLY accept returns for a full refund by the first 24 hours after the product has been delivered to client.
Items must be in the original condition in which they were sent. The Original price tag must not be removed nor re-attached. Items without price tags will not be accepted for returns.
Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed by our quality team, post which you will be reimbursed cost of goods. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused & returned within 24 hours.
Once our quality team provides approval and SBW confirms that you have received a Damaged Product that was returned, SBW will issue a full refund to your credit card or PayPal account that has been charged for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will not include the applicable Shipping charges or the initial Shipping charge to mail the order.
Shipping and cash handling charges paid against the original order will not be refunded.
In case if we receive any item sent by you that do not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
You will be notified with the status within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
There will be no exceptions for returns outside this policy and ShopBollyWear is not responsible for those items.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping and insurance. To protect against loss or theft we suggest insuring the package during its return. ShopBollyWear is not responsible for returns that are lost before they arrive at our fashion warehouse.

Shipment Policy. Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving packages after shipments have left the ShopBollyWear warehouse. ShopBollyWear will always provide tracking information to clients as per shipment. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange for package pickup or redelivery with Courier Service or USPS. No refunds will issued if customer fails not to arrange for package pickup. Redelivery shipping fees will be paid by customer. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to client.
The merchandise displayed here are the exact same merchandise that we ship to you. The images are as good a copy of the actual merchandise as possible by digital photography. Sometimes, some colors may appear different on the computer/tablet/phone screen from the real color. This could be due to lighting and/or limitations of digital photography. Do keep this in mind when making purchases.
