SHOPBOLLYWEAR.COM RETURN POLICY

At ShopBollyWear.Com we believe in always trying hard to improve the online buying experience. Our return policies are created with that in mind and to ensure that you are treated fairly while maintaining the viability of our business.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS OF OUR RETURN POLICY:

  • All Sales are FINAL.
  • At this time, ShopBollyWear.Com only accepts returns from United States of America, and Canada only.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged goods, manufacturing defects, and wrong items. Returns are not considered for any other reason within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
  • Some categories of goods cannot be returned at all. Such will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • All accepted returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds are made.

FOR PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM:

We advise the customer, whenever possible, to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.

Ideally, in case of any damage/discrepancy, please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt from the courier.

In case the product is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been sent, please contact ShopBollyWear.com at shopbollywear@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. This time limit is binding and non-negotiable.

Please retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of processing instructions has been received from ShopBollyWear.com.

In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email ShopBollyWear.com at shopbollywear@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Do not ship any product/s back to ShopBollyWear.com before receiving a confirmation email from ShopBollyWear.com confirming the return shipment. In case you wish to return a product, please write to us at shopbollywear@gmail.com.  In case you email us with regards to returning a product, your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that ShopBollyWear.com shall verify the details of defects/variations of the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of your emails.

All shipping costs of returning the product/s to ShopBollyWear.com are to be borne by the customer.

All defective products are to be returned to ShopBollyWear.com in their original condition and original packaging, with invoice included and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.

  • Safe receipt of returned product/s by ShopBollyWear.com is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • ShopBollyWear.com shall examine the product/s returned by the customer for such defects/variations as reported by the customer, and ensure that remedial steps are taken immediately.
  • In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then ShopBollyWear.com will offer to make any necessary modifications/alterations at the cost of the customer.

REFUNDS:

All accepted returns are eligible for store credit only (to be used for future purchases on ShopBollyWear.com)No refunds are made.

ShopBollyWear.com will issue a store credit for the paid amount only if the order was damaged prior to delivery, faulty or if a wrong order was sent.

No store credit will be given by ShopBollyWear.com if the order was delivered in accordance with the color and size selections of the customer while placing the order.

In case the error is found to be due to ShopBollyWear.com, the product can be replaced or the amount issued as store credit, at the discretion of ShopBollyWear.com.

Partial Refunds:

In the case of a multi-product order, if for any reason ShopBollyWear.com is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer will be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, ShopBollyWear.com shall agree to either provide store credit (to be used for future purchases on ShopBollyWear.com), or refund the amount for that particular product/s. The decision to provide a refund lies at the discretion of ShopBollyWear.com. 

Cancellation: 

The customer can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted after 2 hours. 

Credit Issues:

Whenever credits are issued against the customer's credit card account, it normally takes up to three (3) business days to be processed. In addition, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of acceptance to credit the amount in the customer's account.

Product Disclaimer:

The details of the products and product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on ShopBollyWear.com are only approximate values, and can vary slightly from product to product.

Because products on ShopBollyWear.com are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. There may be variations in color, imperfections, and embellishment of the actual product against what is shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors. Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

 Trunk Show & Private Appointment Return and Refund Policy:

  • All Sales are Final with No Exception
  • All products have been inspected by Client and Owner at Trunk Show or Private Appointment so no damaged products will be Exchanged or Returned after leaving showroom.
